Sexually transmitted infections, or STIs, are infections passed between people during sexual activity. Some have symptoms, but others have no symptoms and if left untreated can lead to more serious health problems, such as chronic pelvic pain and infections, ectopic pregnancy and infertility. If you have symptoms or you think you may be at risk, get in touch with Axess.
You can also order an STI testing kit to be sent direct to your home address which will arrive in a plain envelope. It will contain everything you need to freepost your sample direct to the lab. A quick, confidential assessment will recommend the most appropriate kit for you, which can include tests for chlamydia, gonorrhea, HIV and syphilis.
